The value of Goldfish (GGBR) is backed by the GGBR Trust, which holds 1,000,000 troy ounces of independently verified in-situ gold from the historic Happy 2 claims. Every individual who holds GGBR is a legally designated beneficiary of this trust. This ensures that every single token is supported by a real, measured, and documented hard asset.
Goldfish is highly over-collateralized, meaning the trust currently holds roughly 40 ounces of verified gold for every single ounce represented by circulating tokens. Because this collateral is held within the Trust rather than on a traditional corporate balance sheet, the gold is held specifically for token holders as a matter of trust law. The trustee owes a legal fiduciary duty directly to you, meaning the assets are protected and cannot be reached by corporate creditors.
Goldfish utilizes an "in-situ" (unmined) collateral model. The gold backing GGBR is fully verified, measured, and legally secured, but it remains in the ground at the Happy 2 claims. Leaving the gold in place completely avoids the severe environmental costs and ecological damage associated with traditional mining extraction. For Goldfish, the preservation of the land is the primary strategy, offering a fully audited hard asset without the carbon footprint.
You can verify the collateral and legal structure through three transparent avenues. First, you can check the on-chain data to confirm the exact relationship between the Trust's reserves and the minted supply of GGBR tokens. Second, you can review the GGBR Trust documentation, which outlines the continuous title to the Happy 2 claims and the strict duties of the trustee. Finally, you can examine the geological records and claim filings, which have been rigorously assessed by an independent Qualified Person under recognized NI 43-101 / S-K 1300 standards.
Goldfish (GGBR) is a gold-backed crypto: a gold-backed stablecoin where each token is tokenized gold worth 1/1000th of a troy ounce, over-collateralized beyond 100% by audited ION.au gold reserves. It is liquid, redeemable, and tradable 24/7, with smart contracts audited by CertiK and Cyfrin.
The official Goldfish (GGBR) token contract on Ethereum is 0x7e2ac793f3E692f388e66c7DC28F739d13B0B71A. Always verify this address in your wallet before approving any transaction. GFIN launches separately; its address will be published here.
Goldfish (GGBR) is live on Ethereum today, with Tron and Solana planned. Because GGBR is multi-chain tokenized gold, always confirm you are using the correct contract address for the network you are on.
Total supply is shown live on the Collateral page (currently 25,000,000 GGBR), fully over-collateralized by ION.au gold reserves. Supply and collateral are verifiable on-chain in real time.
Goldfish is non-custodial and its smart contracts are independently audited by CertiK and Cyfrin, with public reports. Reserves are over-collateralized beyond 100% and verifiable on-chain, and an Aurum Safeguard protection fund covers eligible protocol security incidents.
There is no fixed minimum beyond network gas costs: because GGBR is micro-fractional tokenized gold (about $4 per token), you can start small. Large purchases route through managed liquidity to limit price impact. See current pairs on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and DEXScreener.
To buy gold-backed crypto with Goldfish: (1) set up a Web3 wallet such as MetaMask; (2) fund it with ETH, USDT, or USDC; (3) buy GGBR on a supported exchange (see CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and DEXScreener for live pairs) or use the Buy Goldfish button on the homepage; (4) confirm the official contract address before approving.
